I have discovered with great joy I am not actually a Millennial (I hate that word, It is a dumb not-word). I always felt more like a part of Gen-X even though I was born in '83 and apparently I am actually part of a micro-generation between Gen-X and the Millennials called the Xennials - defined by the cynicism we share with Gen-X and the optimism we share with the Millennials. Though to be fair, Millennials really are not the actual problem at this point, it is the generation after them with all this crazy nonsense. I think the media and society keep forgetting that Millennials are actually late 20s and early 30s now.
I had very little faith in the present young generation until a young guy started in our office. He's BRILLIANT and everyone in our team is going to miss him when he moves on soon.... He's just turned 21.

It's a 'kid' thing..... If you don't upload stuff it never really happened because it wasn't 'important' enough to virtualise it.
