I actually picked my College (part of Lancaster University) because it had a good library..... and a population made up of 65-75% women students..... [lol] It was a ex-Teacher Training College working *hard* on getting the split towards 50-50 (hence letting me in with low grades). A win-win as far as I was concerned.
I had a lot of fun. Learnt loads, drank far too much, had some very cool friends. Unfortunately I was also pretty dumb & naive so had a more difficult time in the romance department.... I did learn a lot about how *not* to build light-bulbs though which served me well later.... [lol]
