@ Stephen: It's pretty standard that when a countries GDP increases so does its meat consumption - all other things being equal (as I don't think that's happen in India). But there is a trend (presumably post 2013) in the West for less meat eating in the younger generation. I wonder if it'll continue?

Looks like China & Brazil are on the rise as they grow wealth(ier). Interesting that the US's would have flagged some.
