It's fucking infuriating, is what it is. If I am ever killed in a mass shooting, politicize that shit IMMEDIATELY and push through common sense gun laws. And notice how this shooter was 'taken alive'? He's white. Funny how that works.
Sarah, whenever I hear that the shooter was taken alive (before knowing anything else) I always assume that he was white - which is true at least 90% of the time (at least!).
You do know (of course) that your country will never have common-sense gun laws. No matter how many people are killed, no matter the size or number of individual tragedies it won't make any difference. If Sandy Hook or Parkland or especially Vegas in 2017 (61 dead and **411** injured) didn't change much I struggle to think what will/can.
After Sandy Hook I knew things would never change. When we can accept babies being murdered at school as less important than any idiot Tom Dick or Harry owning a semi-automatic weapon, we lost our soul. Nothing will ever change.
