Did it for a while... NOT recommended. About 2/3 of the team all left in a very short period, so there were 3 of us doing the job of 9-10. One of them was the boss, one was a new(ish) assistant - and me. We only did it for 3-4 months but it nearly killed me. Luckily we got some new people in - which we had to *train* of course (adding to the workload) but it thankfully got better after that!

Yep! It's great. I absolutely recommend becoming an educator to everyone I know. Huge class sizes, increasing behaviors, no admin support. Love it.
