Nope! Some countries *think* it is, but they usually learn the error of their ways. Sure thousands (or millions) of people end up dead, but they DO learn.... A pity there are still people who think war is the answer to *anything*.
Often true. But all too often those who start wars, despite inflicting suffering on others, end up losing far more in the long run. War is a *really* stupid way to achieve anything except death & destruction all round. I would have hoped that humanity had learnt that lesson by now. Apparently not - probably because we're a particularly stupid species....

Unfortunately, those that start the war are usually not the ones who suffer.

Most of the time they and their loved ones don't lose their lives. And somehow they always fall on their feet again.
