This one got a mix of laughs and cries when I shared in fb during the crisis. I'd say it SEEMS over, but who know. I like how Iran's bigbeard is trying to preach it off as a conclusive victory.
I think we learnt a couple of interesting things - and some obvious ones....
The much praised 'Iron Dome' system isn't as effective against modern missiles as it is against mortars and home-made drones.
The media was suddenly rather forgetful about the destruction in Gaza when it could point to the destruction in Israel without any apparent sense of irony or shame.
Mention of the FACT that Israel has nukes seems to be taboo in the press - even the good press.
As usual the US is Israel's bitch when it comes to attacking her enemies.
Iran will now, almost definitely, develop their own nukes ASAP. I expect they'll detonate one (underground for proof) within the next 5 years.
Nah, they're always having earthquakes out there - plus seismographs can tell the difference. Plus, they'd probably be singing it from the rooftops!
I do find it weird though, that Israel having nukes *doesn't* destabilise the region, but *anyone* else having them does..... Odd that.... It's *almost* as if there's a double standard (actually MULTIPLE double standards) where Israel is involved.... [muses]
The only reason trump did this was because he wanted people to stop talking about how no one came to his stupid birthday parade. He's such a fucking baby.
We probably won't know for years if Netanyahu interfered with Trump's plans for peace talks or if the talks themselves were part of the bombing surprise.
One thing we can be sure of... that sooner or later and probably sooner someone will bomb or rocket someone else in the region and they'll be at each others throats again before you know it...

That earthquake makes me wonder if they didn't already.

Also, W is a war criminal.
He certainly didn't like 'being left out' of Israel's bombing campaign... TOTALLY played as usual.
