Although I'm a BIG fan of Thunderbirds myself, having grown up with it, I don't think I'd take it THIS far. Thunderbird 2 was my favourite vehicle though - SO versatile. My parents could only afford one model and that's the one I had. LOVED it.
Definitely. Over 50 years later I still remember single toys I got as a child (as well as those other friends had but we just couldn't afford) and loved to death. Simpler times I guess. Things have changed a LOT since the 1960's! [lol]
And not all of it is good. When I see kids screaming today because they don't get what they want, I am not only sorry for the parents but also mad that they don't discipline them better.

Those were the days when we were happy to have just the one toy and cherished it.
