It kinds of reminds me of the Victory Project hq from Don't Worry Darling. The real building they used is called the Volcano House. It's not raised, but the vibe is similar.
I would love to explore all these abandoned places. Eleanor and I drove all around the eastern part of the state a couple summers ago looking for abandoned places and we found so many cool buildings.

Apparently its an abandoned restaurant in Petrópolis, Brazil (1960's and 2013)
