Very interesting, and not all that surprised except Finland. But they're the happiest country in thr world so I suppose that makes their country woth fighting for.
Plus they *really* don't like the Russians!
I think most people think, the country isn't doing anything for me, why should I fight for it. :(
There's definitely something in that. Plus, it doesn't need all that many people these days. 10-20% is more than enough to do the actual fighting.
Unless you plan a war like the Nazis where you need everyone.
