Reminds me of that quote by Albert Einstein: 'I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.'
At various points in the last year+, I have wondered if it is best for just everyone to fire their nukes at once, we end this horrible experiment, let earth heal and start over in a billion years.
I'd like it if we went out with less of a bang and more of a whimper (or sigh). The way the fertility rates are dropping world wide we might be doing just that with luck!
The population drop should be noticeable in the next 50+ years I'm thinking - especially with abandoned areas and then abandoned whole towns in some places.

Scott Horton uses the Iraq War I, II, and III (Obama in Syria) convention as well. Makes sense.
I suppose you can say that Trump is consistent - in both business *and* war....

True - if there's anyone left to fight it!
We can hope but I wouldn't bet on it.

I know we won't see it but our children might.

I can only second that, Sarah.
I'm sure it will. But I'd be almost 120 bei then, so I guess I won't be around anymore.
