I saw a meme once that said something about how if the thing asking for the password could just state the requirements for an appropriate password when trying to log in, it would easily help me remember how I modified my base password. Never has anything been more true, lol
I was (briefly) the security bod on our team. When people complained about forgetting passwords I advise them to write them down. "But you can't do that" they said. "Sure you can" I said. "Just keep them somewhere safe". I had no patience with people who wrote them on post-its and attached them to their computer screens though... [lol]
