Stambovsky v Ackley - Ackley family told reporters house was haunted, it was on a haunted house tour, then they attempted to sell house to Stambovsky, without notifying him it was haunted. Stambovsky discovers house's history and wants to break contract for failure to disclose the ghosts. Court sides with Stambovsky. Ackley can't deny house is haunted when she's already made it clear it is, and she must disclose this to potential buyers.
