Oh, absolutely. Apparently wanted posters of other CEOs have appeared all over Manhatten and I don't hate it. Do I think murder is always the answer? No. But it is definitely the most American way to solve our health insurance clusterfuck. And considering the fact that UHC has the highest rate of claims denials...they've killed way more people. Sorry not sorry. Eat the rich.
Quite possibly... At least the subject is being discussed and thought about right now. I've actually been impressed by the fact that they're *still* discussing it and haven't been distracted by something else. Maybe, just maybe, something will come of it. Although I suspect that if nothing obvious has changed in the first half of 2025 then another CEO might not make it to a cushy retirement....
I love how journalists are so terrible at reading the room, trying to make it sound so horrible and shocking. We are so unserious right now. Somehow a felon was once again elected president, and they want us to think this event was a bad thing? Come on now. We are so done with their bs. I love how they were all shocked that people were wanting the shooter to get away.
I think what I found most... strange... was that the journalists where saying: oh, this is SO terrible and totally inexplicable... and then everyone at the table began relating insurance HORROR stories... followed by apparent 'confusion' over WHY the shooting happened!! It's *almost* as if they don't want to talk about THE issue and can barely bring themselves to talk around it!
That's exactly what it is. And they don't want us to be united, but people fro the left and right are agreeing that we are not sad about this happening. Private insurance should never have been allowed, it hurts far more than it helps.
If another one is whacked I think we'd see a FULL meltdown.... Just the *idea* that people might be thinking of it as a possibility is giving the so-called 'elites' heart attacks!!

I have watched the reaction... and the reaction TO the reaction, with GREAT interest. Oddly... the media don't seem to 'get it'... Odd that.....
I wonder whether they would wake up.

I doubt there will be any changes.
If another CEO is targeted, who knows what could happen.

Oh, I'm sure someone will be targeted. Many people are so fed up with this. So, we'll see.
