I trust it doesn't come with a tiny tube of plutonium. It actually brings back memories. I remember getting a chemistry kit in a similar box when I was a kid.
My brother burned a hole in the family room carpet with his chemistry set. He put a giant stuffed animal over it hoping our mom wouldn't notice it. Ha!

Being from the late 50's/early 60's it wouldn't surprise me too much if it did! It's the kind of thing they did back then. [grin]

Me too. I loved my little chemistry kit and my microscope. I wish I'd followed that interest a bit more.

My 'thing' was making really obnoxious smells with my set which required the opening of every window in the house - oh, and of daring my little sister to smell a test tube and then having to explain to my mother why she was crying..... Maybe, over all, it was better for the world that I became interested in History..... [lol]
