I used to plaster pictures all over my mirror of me with my kids, my siblings and mom, plus pix of me with my friends. Any time I started judging myself too harshly, I would think of how others saw me. I realized nobody was seeing my appearance as much as they were seeing who I was to them.
I don't really *do* mirrors. The only reason I have one (two if you count the in-built one in the bedroom) is so I don't cut myself shaving in the morning.
