I'm sometimes tempted to go to a Trek convention in Vegas just to see if these mythical Trek girls really exist.

Essentially it features dancing women promising to be your "Star Trek girl" and do various Trek-related things to you, like going to Vulcan and mind-melding you tonight.
I went to a memorabilia thing some years ago at the NEC in Birmingham (my first time) and saw plenty of people dressed up as Stormtroopers but unfortunately no Trek girls.
No, I haven't seen the Trek girls video but I'll be checking it out [grin]
