I think this is 1950's US rather than UK. It looks like it to me anyway from what I know about the anti-Soviet paranoia of that era - gleaned from old movies mostly though....
If you search on the 'Posters' tab thing you'll find quite a few WW1 and WW2 propaganda posters. I have plenty more to come.

Is this from your homeland? Do you have any other Civil Defense posters, or any government posters from either of the world wars?
