I can't speak a word of Russian beyond some space-race lingo and the slightly Stoic "nichevo", but I'm going to guess there's something about 'building the future' in here.
Probably. There was a lot of that going on back then. I just love the old Soviet Communist Realism style. It's super-retro but still very cool.
