So, what's your take on your elections ... both in GB and Scotland? I know it sounds bad because Cameron is a member of your Conservative Party. But, as you have said before, that doesn't mean the same as it does here. In many ways, Cameron is probably to the left of the majority of our Democrats.

It was fascinating to watch. I stayed up until 6.30am so I could see the results come in live and cheered when some people lost their seats (I'm looking at you Liberal Democrats). It ended up not exactly being my nightmare scenario but certainly moved in that direction - as predicted sadly.

I'm planning to do a full post on it later today.

[lol] Definitely. Your countries idea of 'Left' is frankly bizarre. To my mind we don't *have* a Left in this country ATM which means my voting choices aren't great right now.
