Yeah, I'm not a beach person either, unless it's a beach on the Baltic. I don't do well with sun or heat. I love northern climates, beaches up there, ruins, forests, etc.
I'm loving being in western NY. I'd love to be further north in Canada or northern New England. I lived in New Hampshire during law school and loved it. I recently did the Ancestry DNA test. I'm waiting for my results to see if I'm anything other than Western European and Scandinavian. That's all I've turned up on my genealogy charts so far.

You're a Viking girl at heart... [grin] Sun & heat aren't my things either. Luckily I live in England so we hardly get any of that here!
