that would have been the later triassic; smaller dinosaurs and all.. funny that there were Roman priestesses around at the same time... oh, well, no fossil remnants left i guess...
The painting is 'Garden of Hope' by James Gurney where three young women and an Oviraptor walk through a floral garden at twilight carrying a lamp and a basket of flowers. Exactly *why* a long extinct creature is in the picture is beyond me... [lol]
Aah, it's actually from a Fantasy art series called 'Dinotopia' which Disney later made into a TV miniseries in 2002.....
My very most favorite will always be the velociraptor. But when I was little and The Land Before Time came out, I started spelling my name Cera and my teacher would always tell me I had to spell my name right. I am partial to the triceratops as well.

All of my favourite dino's are far too big to keep. Although I must admit that baby Triceratops are SO cute.......
