Just back from this years (free) Flu shot. Should be getting my COVID booster in the next few weeks (I hope/expect). Then I'm all set to hibernate through the winter! Sorted!
I've a bit of a sore arm from my Flu shot but (as before) I expect that'll be gone in 24 hours or less. My 1st Covid shot made me feel a bit 'off' for 8-12 hours but my 2nd shot didn't affect me at all. I understand that my booster will likely be different from my originals and I know a few friends felt 'rough' for 24-36 hours after, but that's a lot better than being on a ventilator! There's 'talk' of regular Covid updates for the next 3-5 years but that doesn't bother me. I get a yearly Flu shot anyway, so what's one more?

I got sick for about 15 hrs with my first shot, no reactions for second and booster.
