I *think*, casting my mind back MANY years, that I bought my earliest games (back in the long lost days of physical media) from game stores. I might have picked up the odd one from a big supermarket or other shop, but generally it must have been stores like Game Zone.

I remember those days of getting to try GameBoy and PC games in Walmart -- that's how I found SimCity 2000 and PC games to begin with!
