Unfortunately, you are right. Though I bet he'll never end up there.
I think that the odds are pretty low that he'll spend *any* time in actual prison. Even if he did, he'd be out the second a new Republican President took office. Unfortunately we live in a world where justice is not evenly distributed....
I'm afraid you are correct on all accounts.
If it were, I suspect most halls of government would be depopulated. :p
