That was one of my first thoughts when I saw those news.

Oh, and apparently there's no State funding available for them.... [lol] Not that it'll get through the Courts system anyway....

Oklahoma's governor has now mandated this as well. His actual words were that it is an important historical document that helps to explain our constitution and blah blah blah. Ummmmm, no. The founders were very clear on the separation of church and state. This is absolutely alarming and can not remain the law. He said everyone classroom will have a Bible that the teacher must teach from. The only way this can be allowed is if all religions are given the same amount of support. And I think we all know that is not their intention.

I just saw a documentary about your so-called "Christian" nation. Americans who had moved to other countries reported on the difference. One young guy mentioned that he had a heart attack and his first thought was he had to call his employer in order not to get fired. Others told about their experience during pregnancy. Unbelievable how they call themselves Christians.

Both: I can't help but feel that this is all going to end badly. Exactly *how* badly I shudder to think! Whatever happened to the so-called 'Land of the Free'?

To cite a great mind:
