Don't think I know him. I'm loving some stand-up comedians on TikTok presently who are both VERY good and VERY non-PC. 'Woke' certainly hasn't killed comedy as far as I'm concerned!
Always in the market for new words to define the times. [grin] It's FUN using them in the hope that they eventually make it into a dictionary, especially if you come up with the new word in the first place!!
I have never heard of him, either. I think, American comedians are not as well known in Europe, simply because we all have our own brilliant ones. I love all the British comedians, the humour is just fantastic. I will look out for Hofstetter, though, there are some good American ones, as well. ;)
Anyway, I love that word, it will be part of my favourite ones from now on.
I laugh with some very good comedians on YouTube/TikToc. They're *very* non-PC so not for everyone... But they do make me laugh, a LOT. So-called 'wokeness' certainly hasn't killed humour. I am, as you might imagine, a HUGE fan of British comedy having grown up with it. Many happy memories...
Agnorant is a great word, isn't it? SO descriptive [lol]

My new favorite comedian is Josh Johnson. He’s written for, and been on The Daily Show. He has great timing.
I didn't grow up with British comedy and still am a HUGE fan of it. I don't understand those who aren't.
