Well, my son just finished opening his birthday gifts and I got each of my kids a Valentine's Day card and some chocolate. M and I will celebrate our "romance" day next week. We're too busy with political events and community events this week and we're not tied to the 14th.

No, no important date. Our anniversary is May 17th. We just couldn't fit in any couple time at all this week. Politics has taken over every spare moment in our lives. The Primary is March 3rd, so we're coming down to the wire, attending community meetings, political debates, going door-to-door, hosting fundraisers, etc.
