Whenever I reach a company that puts me on hold for too long. I hang up, dial back, then select their sales department. They _always_ answer. Apparently it's more important to get new customers in, than it is to keep your current customers happy. Anyway, when I explain to them what I want, they'll say, "oh well you want [such and such] department." I'll say yes, but they don't answer, can you connect me to someone in that department who will speak to me, otherwise I will be forced to cancel my business with you. Nine times out of ten, I get immediate results.
