Those Solarian guys have the technology to travel the stars but still haven't advanced beyond the M-16. I don't think we have too much to worry about. They have all the intelligence of some of our NRA members.
The M-16 was a pretty good gun once they fixed it after the disastrous early years in Vietnam. Not as good as the AK-47 of course but few guns where back then.
The M-16 was one of my favourite guns in Call of Duty. I really liked the 3 round burst fire thing. With it even I managed to kill people from time to time.
