I worry for the planet. Trump is saying he's going to allow more pipelines and more coal use. WTF is wrong with people? I feel like I'm sitting in a wooden lifeboat, and at the far end, other passengers have started a fire to keep warm.
That sounds about right. I always think of humanity as smart enough to build nukes and then stupid enough to use 'em. Honestly when we get together in groups we're as dumb as a box of rocks! I sometimes think I'm too cynical about our future then it just gets confirmed... and then again... and again... on a daily basis.
Do you think the whole world actually *wants* to commit suicide? It's the only thing that seems to make sense to me looking at things the way they are... [muses]
