when in high school i read a volume of reports from aviators who'd been followed by ufo's... for a while i was excited about that until i learned a bit more about humans...
@ Stephen: Reports of 'Foo Fighters' where quite interesting - even if they were probably just a side-effect of new tech and operators still learning how to use it.
The picture itself is of an RAF Typhoon coming in for the kill on a German V-1 flying bomb over the South coast of England towards the end of WW2.
@ Mudpuddle: UFO reports say a lot more about humans than they ever did about aliens - mores the pity.

(Slang for mysterious lights some airmen reported seeing following their planes...one of those weird bits of trivia one acquires over the years.)
