That flag is the Stars and Stripes, or so it seems to me.
@ Mudpuddle: LOL - Wrong country.........@ Fred: Indeed it is!. It's a US Navy paddle-steamer from around the time of the Civil War. As I've said before I have a 'thing' about this particular ship design. No idea why, it just 'does something' for me.
oh... you all have better eyes than i do... and more knowledge, i suspect...
