My first thought was that the sign painter (or designer) was trying to be funny. Then I thought of the stories I had read about tweeters and those addicted to selfies and their stupidities and realized the painter was right.
@ Fred: I think it is supposed to be a joke but based on real-life experience. It's the times we live in.
I'm waiting for the first zoo to put up this sign: PLEASE! NO SELFIES INSIDE THE LION'S CAGE!.
