We're constantly bombarded here with the idea that we should 'celebrate difference'. Unfortunately I have *no* idea what they mean by that.... [lol]
managerial constituencies amazingly invent pseudo-social postulations that sound creative and progressive but actually are meaningless... the gas company was noted for that sort of thing (i worked there)...
