Welcome to the thoughts that wash up on the sandy beaches on my mind. Paddling is encouraged.. but watch out for the sharks.
big boat we just got back from two days at the beach where we went when the smoke and the poison spray from helixcopters drove us out... a couple of the disadvantages of living in the woods..
We used to have to go indoors when the county sprayed for mosquitos...wasn't an issue after the woods were stripped for timber and the swamp they shielded dried up. Now the woods have returned and the swamp with it.
do they still spray?
The county still sprays for some critters, but I haven't seen them in my neck of the woods or seen any mention of it in the local paper. The old swamp had been there long enough to support large populations of snakes, mosquitos, etc. I found a way to get to the other side and used to read out there. Peaceful, I just had to watch out for water moccasions..
good gack, Stephen!! i don't think i could live with that... here in west Oregon we dont even have rattlesnakes...
