Not TOO bad this year. Some sneezing and sore eyes but mostly OK. I did double up on pills a few times (I apologised to my liver!) but it was nowhere as bad as it was, say, 20+ years ago when I could barely function this time of year and it was basically a nightmare just to go outside for more than 5 minutes at a time (followed by 3 hours of sneezing and eyes running).

has this been a bad season for you? i know you said once you suffered a lot from hay fever....
