It's Three Sisters, an Arts & Crafts Aesthetic Interior, by Gustavus Arthur Bouvier (1877)... so late Victorian rather than Regency. From the dresses I would have guessed early Victorian.
..lack of bustles. Although I'm not 100% sure when bustles came in, why they got bigger or why they vanished. I wonder if there's a PhD in there somewhere comparing bustles and car fins in the 50's...?
