An amusing episode! Insightful, too....how means can corrupt, even when initially serving good intentions.
It was one of my all time favourite ST:OS episodes. "The Rod to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions" and all that. But just don't get me started on the myth of Fascist efficiency.....!
