@ Sarah: They are beyond cute - in fact we need a new word just to describe how cute they are.
A friend & I were in SF YEARS ago and saw a Malamute that was probably the most beautiful dog I'd ever seen. The owner was super proud showing her off. We gave her LOTS of attention & it made our day!
