@ Mudpuddle: We barely get snow here - just the odd few flakes every few years. Being from the 'North' that came as a bit of a surprise. Some years ago we had a 'bad' winter and about 4 inches of snow fell overnight. EVERYTHING ground to a halt. It was hilarious. So I just put on some boots and walked into work... They were very surprised to see me! It was only 3 miles and I actually enjoyed being out in virgin snow with hardly anyone about.
