The entirety of the MSM media is whoring for war. Reminds me all too much of 2003. I've had to abstain from facebook to avoid spitting venom at the cretinous loons calling for war because the bobble-heads on TV told them it was a good idea. This isn't a cop show, it's a powder keg with the potential to turn the northern hemisphere into a glowing wasteland.
It's an ideal narrative for the Media - Good Vs Evil, David Vs Goliath. It's simple without the need to explain very much such as factions or other complexities. So more airtime can be given to reporting the fighting or the refugees. The people calling for full on war are idiots - they have either zero idea what they'll calling for or are even bigger idiots hoping that it will lead to Armageddon/The Last Days/The Rapture in their lifetimes.
I think the risks of nukes is very low. Even Putin can see that tactical nukes will get him nowhere. I think he might go so far as to use Chemical weapons but if he does I'm guessing that Ukraine will then get *anything* they ask for.
