Same here. The sun comes out... Blue skies.... Snow on the ground... and you get people in T-shirts. Was chatting to my postie a while back (on a COLD day). He was in shorts and I said it was brave. He said walking so much kept him warm & he hardly noticed the cold. I guess its what you're used to... Plus denial and showing off!!!
