Thanks V V. Oddly it was the same company/business as last time but with (presumably) different people involved. It definitely seemed far more personal and personalised rather than generic. Plus this time it didn't feel that we were being pushed out the door to allow the next family to come in (which made me quite angry at the time and still does).
It definitely had a 'conveyor belt' feel to it. Obviously funerals aren't exactly meant to be a good experience, but I was honestly appalled at what was my first experience of them.
