There was a campaign ages ago at work to increase staff efficiency etc.. You know, the usual bullshit. We were expected to achieve a new aim of 'excellence' - although we were told it was an aspiration that was (almost) actually impossible to achieve... So, I Googled Soviet propaganda and selected a suitable poster with some text ending in an *!* and printed it out. I "translated" the Soviet message to 'Strive to be Excellent' and stuck it on a nearby pillar. About 2 hours later when it was noticed I was ordered in no uncertain terms to take it down IMMEDIATELY and that is WASN'T funny! Oh, but I did laugh..... [lol] I'm sure the bosses considered me an absolute nightmare. Unfortunately for them I was both good @ my job and was the only member of the team with a skill set that saved them a LOT of money because they didn't need to pay for outside contractors... [grin]
