The French are a little crazy at times... I remember in (I think) the mid-70's that a group called "Action Direct" was protesting against the building of French nuclear power stations. They fired RPG-7's (that's anti-TANK rockets!!) at the building before it was completed. Now that's HARD core protesting!!

I mean, I do make fun of France A LOT, but they know how to protest and get shit done. I will never, however, forgive them for desecrating Eleanor of Aquitaine's burial at Fontevraud. Her bones are pulverized in a field somewhere, gone forever, and that is unacceptable.

Electric car fires are terribly dangerous and bad for the environment... I appreciate the desire to speak out against Musk but this yet another reason is why protests need to stay peaceful. :/

I just read that another Tesla dealership in Italy has mysteriously burnt to the ground. Weird, eh? I didn't know that about Eleanor... That's NOT nice.

Using Musk as a symbol to attack like this does worry me. If he's THE major target of the Trump administration I do wonder what people will do when he's inevitably kicked out. I fear he's going to be the sacrificial goat and then people won't know how to respond to the other stuff Trump is doing/trying. I guess we'll see.

Dang, it's almost like people hate Elon Musk and think he sucks.

During the French Revolution Fontevraud was deconsecrated and all the bones were removed and scattered and never recovered. Eleanor, Henry II, and Richard, among others, were entombed there. The effigies have survived, at least. But it infuriates me that graves could just be desecrated like that. UGH.

That's a good point I'd not thought of...
This whole thing has lasted a lot longer than I expected.
