Reminds me of a favorite joke, though its audience is...limited...
A horse walks into a bar. As the bartender serves him, he looks at the horse and says "hey, why the long face, pal? Are you depressed?"
The horse ponders for a second, scratches his chin, and says "I don't think I am" - and promptly disappears.
See, this is a joke about Rene Descartes' famous statement, "I think, therefore I am." I could have mentioned this at the start of the joke, but that would be putting Descartes before the horse.
The school I teach at still has signs up about horses not being allowed on school property. Apparently, decades ago, a home across the street had a stable and they rode their horses up and down the street. Not sure how long ago it was, but it's hilarious that the signs are still up though that stable is long gone.
A crazy woman I knew @ work (I liked her a LOT) wanted to ride her horse into work and 'park it' in the area set aside for bikes.... I had to let her down easy with the practicalities of the matter... [grin]

What if it's just the horse? Could it be served?

[TOTAL groan]....!
Don't tell me you hadn't run into that one before! XD
Possibly... But I might have completely blanked it out... [grin]

I love horseback riding, but I am allergic to horses :(
Horses *and* cats......? SO lucky you live in the 21st century. WAY back when you'd have problems!
Right?? Thank God for allergy meds.
I still look back in horror when I suffered (a LOT) from hay fever. I can't possibly imagine what that wouldn't been like *without* antihistamines!!
