I just LOVED when they said how well 'thought-out' and stuff the tariffs were - with that bullshit equation and everything - and then sanctioned PENGUINS.... You *really* couldn't make this up. If it was a movie script - even for a comedy - it would be viewed as just TOO far fetched.
