Reminds me of Kore-eda's "After the Storm":“I’m not who I wanted to be, yet….but it doesn’t matter. What matters is to live my life trying to be the person I want to be.”
I think a goodly chunk of life is working out who you are and who you want to be - then working out how to get there.
The older I get the less I care about what other people think. I enjoy life the way I like it.
That's ONE of the many advantages of living long enough. TOTALLY agree.
There are so many nice people around who understand each other, we don't have to bother with the rest.
