Difficult to know sometimes if these are just skits or that people really are that unaware! The movies can be a little hit & miss but most of them are pretty good - except the last travesty that probably killed the franchise.

Yes, I only realised that after I posted it. No dates... although I do remember a few incidents (including in Japan) where factory robots killed people in the plant.
